Group Assistant Accountant

This role is to support the financial accounting team in all aspects of the day-to-day finance processes for multiple operating entities.

Details for the role:

  • Assist with administration of the key Balance Sheet functions, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Right of Use Assets, Intangible Assets.
  • Process of employee expenses claims ensuring in line with Company policies.
  • Support month-end reporting for multiple operating entities and consolidation reporting.
  • Processing month-end journals such as additions, disposals and other movements.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members and the wider Kyocera UK Group business to ensure that queries are responded to in good time.
  • Update our internal systems to ensure accurate data is captured
  • Location: Office based (Reading)

  • Studying ACCA/CIMA or experience (+1 years) is preferable
  • Demonstratable previous experience within an accounting role is desirable.

  • Competent in using all MS office programs; Word, PowerPoint, Excel SharePoint, Teams is desirable, but training will be given.
