This role is part of the established Kyocera technical Delivery team. This role will assist in technical pre-sales, formal scoping, design, deployment and support for Microsoft and Virtualization technologies. Due to the wide-ranging portfolio, it is assumed that the person undertaking this role would have a core understanding of key technologies and has the ability to assist with the sale and implementation of these to new and existing clients.
In conjunction with clients, account managers and technical service management assist with pre-sales, scoping and designing of client projects/service as well as end to end delivery within the chosen technology verticals. It is understood this role will keep their knowledge relevant with market trends within the chosen technologies and ensure the business is positioned to deliver opportunity. The role will form part of a wider delivery team and will require collaboration between team members and technical verticals.
Relationships are mainly client focused. This role interacts with technology leaders, suppliers, clients, internal sales teams and management.
