About the role

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Solutions team.

This is a desk-based role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling Kyocera’s full range of ICT, Content Services and MPS solutions to both existing customers and new business. You will build strong customer relationships, manage a sales pipeline and work to exceed monthly targets.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors, developing your sales expertise while contributing to the growth of our customer portfolio and recurring revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close
  • Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and new customers
  • Proactively promote ICT, Content Services and MPS products and solutions
  • Sell into existing Kyocera, Annodata and MCL customer bases, as well as new prospects
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organisations
  • Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce (SFDC) in line with company guidelines
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and generate new opportunities
  • Support renewals for Business Solutions contracts below £20k
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Technical Services and SOP teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience within a sales or inside sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards KPIs
  • Confident in negotiation and closing deals
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ICT, MPS or managed services solutions
  • Understanding of leasing and deal structuring
  • Experience presenting solutions to customers
