About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Lease Administrator to join our Leasing team.

This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of leased deals from invoice through to pay out. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure lease agreements are processed smoothly, accurately and within required timeframes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and verify all lease documentation for accuracy using the in-house document management system
  • Manage lease deals from invoice stage through to pay out
  • Liaise with Sales teams and leasing companies to resolve outstanding lease debt
  • Accurately set up lease deals within internal systems to support billing
  • Send completed deal packs to lease companies
  • Raise credit notes and invoices where required
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries
  • Ensure agreements are set up correctly and assignments are issued to lease companies
  • Work towards individual and departmental monthly KPIs
  • Support additional tasks as required by the Lease Finance Manager

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Previous experience within an administrative role

Desirable:

  • Experience within leasing or settlements administration
