Based: Hemel Hempstead

Reporting to:  Business Intelligence Manager

Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract

 

To provide analytical and organisational insights for the KDUK Group business, enabling the different business units to understand trends, costs and profit margins to make informed decisions. To produce and create data visualisations using MS Power BI reports that provide business intelligence to allow business Managers make better, more informed decisions.

Details for the role:

  • Provide business analysis utilising data from several internal systems and databases.
  • Produce and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide vital MI to our Managers and stakeholders.
  • Production of service performance stats for our customers and channel partners delivered by the Client Service Managers to fulfil contractual requirements.
  • Production of service statistics to look at our various support functions to understand call volume and other key metrics for the Head of Field Service and Service Desk.
  • Provide periodic reporting to our framework providers to establish rebates.
  • Development of new Management Information reports to fulfil new business requirements and provide business insight to our end customers, channel partners and internal departments.
  • Measure, monitor and analyse service frequency, parts replacement, consumables usage and product reliability at the product level, service call level, resource level, contract level and account level.
  • Review and recommend areas for improvement in all measurable areas including automation.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as requested through Data MI ticket requests.
  • Assist with project management to deliver large Data MI reporting requirements.

Any other tasks as directed by Business Intelligence Manager and/or Head of Service Strategy & Design.

  • Advanced Power BI skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge
  • Understanding of SQL databases
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
